By creating an account or using the service at carigma.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
Carigma is an AI-assisted career tool that helps you draft LinkedIn content, find and tailor job applications, score and improve your profile, prepare for interviews, and generate CVs. Output is generated by AI — you are responsible for reviewing it before you use, post, or submit it. We do not guarantee jobs, interviews, or any specific outcome.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
Don't use Carigma to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload someone else's personal data without permission, generate misleading or fraudulent content, scrape or overload the Service, or bypass security or usage limits.
Paid features are metered by in-app credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant. Credits are a consumable license, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and credit costs may change with notice.
You retain ownership of the profile data you provide and of the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the Service. The Carigma name, software, and design remain ours.
Outputs are produced using third-party AI (Anthropic) and infrastructure (Supabase, Render). AI can be inaccurate or biased; treat all output as a draft. We are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. You may stop using Carigma anytime; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Delhi NCR.
